Johnston Communications was founded as a voice
networking company in 1977, and voice continues to be
our core services offering. We sell, install and maintain solutions ranging
from the small office to multi-location networked
campus environments. We are also a turn-key solutions
provider that can manage the full range of requirements for
a voice networking solution including inside/outside plant
cabling, project management, network analysis (in a VoIP
deployment), installation, training, and post-installation
support (service and hardware and software add-ons and
upgrades).
Johnston
is required by both Nortel and Cisco to maintain a
highly trained installation and service staff of field
engineers competent on all aspects of the products we
support. Our field engineers are required to undergo
rigorous training programs and are independently tested at
Sylvan and Prometric training centers. This training allows
Johnston Communications to achieve the highest level partner designation
available, providing us with dedicated manufacturer sales
and support resources not available to many other resellers.
Johnston is accredited
