four hours for standard service calls. Our customer base is centered but
not limited to the greater New York metropolitan area with clients of
various sized systems up to several thousand lines.
We maintain a computerized service facility in Kearny, New Jersey. A
computer record is generated for each service call. This information
helps us measure response times and allows us to staff the appropriate
number of technicians to provide and efficient, responsible service
department for our customer base.
A large warehouse of maintenance parts is also located in Kearny, New
Jersey. We have multiple complete spare systems for every product
installed since the inception of our company. In addition, we have a
smaller service depot in Manhattan and Brooklyn for stock of commonly
used parts. The value of our maintenance inventory is in excess of
$2,000,000.

training in the Bell System where they were taught the basics of

All of our technicians have been trained and certified on the products
we install. Manufacturer certified training is an ongoing commitment to
our technicians and customers.
Our company firmly believes in formal training, but we also run
mandatory classroom training after hours in our office for our newer
technicians. Refresher courses are also offered to keep our technicians
updated on the latest software and hardware changes for systems they are
already trained on.
